Shell is a major foreign investor in Singapore and has been operating in the country since 1891. The company currently employs over 3,200 people in Singapore alone, and Pulau Bukom Energy & Chemicals Park is the largest Shell refinery in the world. Singapore is also a key regional supply and trading centre for Shell in the East and the largest petrochemical production and export centre in the Asia Pacific region.

To be considered for the Shell Assessed Internship Program, applicants must be graduates and will be evaluated on their ability to analyse, make decisions, and create solutions, as well as their drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and confidence. During the internship, participants will have a formal mid-term review with their mentor and supervisor, and a final competency-based interview will be conducted at the end of the program. Interns will also be asked to prepare a final presentation about their project. Successful interns may be offered a full-time role.

The program provides a monthly salary and compensation. To apply, search for internships in your location using the search bar and complete the online application. You can save time by connecting your LinkedIn profile. Before applying, ensure you are eligible to work in the country where the program is based. The application process should take no more than 10 minutes.
