The African Development Bank (AfDB) is offering a virtual internship program for students to gain professional and practical experience at the bank. The program’s goal is also to create a pool of potential candidates for future recruitment at the bank. To be eligible for the African Development Bank Virtual Internship, applicants must be enrolled in a master’s level degree program at a recognised educational institution, be a national of an AfDB member country, be fluent in English or French, be able to use the bank’s standard software packages, and meet age and degree requirements. The internship will last between three and six months and will be fully sponsored with a monthly stipend provided. The internship will focus on areas such as power, energy, agriculture, the private sector, governance, finance, and communication.
