The African institute for mathematical sciences AIMS for Master 2021 is for postgraduate students who want to acquire a master’s degree in mathematics.

General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must
- Aim to obtain a four years (4years) institutional degree in mathematics or any other engineering or social discipline, with a substantial mathematics module during the period of the African institute for mathematical sciences AIMS program
- Candidate must show strong prowess in mathematics, community service, and leadership and management skill
Scholarship Value
- No registration stipend is required from any student in the above discipline
- Complete grant, sheltering accommodation stipend, tuition stipend, meals stipend, and the airfare stipend awarded to successful applicants
- The grants cover three semesters
- The grant builds a standard core pack of problem-solving skills like; computation, approximation, modeling, statistics, data analysis, and estimation
- During the final phase of the grant under AIMS, the students can do research projects with a scientific report. They will be under the supervision of an expert researcher.
- Most research work further migrate to further postgraduate research work after the grant (AIMS)
- Classes are sparked by renowned teachers both from international and African countries buttressed by a crew of resident tours
- Permanent and comfortable learning environments for teachers and students
- 24 hours of access to the internet and computer rooms
- A pan of the African student body made up of at least 30% of women
