Our first day in Kuala Lumpur
Before we list places you can visit, we think it’s necessary to talk about how you can navigate the city. You have the option of using metered taxis, buses, or trains to commute. It all depends on the kind of experience you want to have. If you desire to have more interactions with locals, you can opt for public transportation. A popular, cost-effective method is booking car rides through an app called ‘Grab.’ It is said that their services are better than using metered taxis.
For your first day, we urge you to try the Bukit Bintang district. This area is trendy among tourists. It offers a wide range of shopping malls, restaurants, vendors selling foods on the street, you name! It has it all. It’s active at all hours of the day. However, it is even more active at night, with many spots where visitors can hang out, have some drinks, and party if they choose to.
Day Two
For your second day in KL, you can try out Chinatown(Petaling Street)to get China’s experience in KL. There are lots of shops here, and you can buy all sorts of things ranging from clothes, bags, shoes, watches, and some souvenirs for your folks at home. However, you should be willing to haggle if you want to buy things. Initial prices stated by vendors can be a bit high, but you can bargain to purchase the goods at a much lower price.
Three minutes away from Petaling street is Katsuri Walk, which is also popular amongst tourists. You can check out the more modern shops there and explore the place or do more shopping.

Final day in Kuala Lumpur
For your final day in Kuala Lumpur, we recommend visiting the Batu Caves, which is also a top-rated place tourists visit.
