The 2024 WIN Scholarship Application is Now Open

Date:

The WIN scholarship, awarded to worthy students participating in post-secondary collision repair training programmes, are accessible for applications until March 8, 2024. In keeping with its history of providing financial support to a record 20 female students who showed a desire to succeed in the collision repair industry, WIN extended its renowned scholarship programme this past year.

Additionally, WIN and the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) collaborated this year to manage and grow the WIN Collision Repair Student Scholarships for 2024.

About The WIN Scholarship

Every candidate for the WIN Scholarship is automatically enrolled for and granted a complimentary WIN Student Membership as part of the application process. Through the Pay It Forward initiative, WIN provides complimentary WIN memberships to collision repair teachers as another way of supporting them.

The College Student Tuition and Conference Scholarship Awards are available through the enlarged WIN Scholarship programme on two financial tiers: CHAMPION and STARS. Upon completion of the selection committee’s interview process and application assessment, recipients will receive a scholarship from $500 to $2,500.

They also get free registration for the annual WIN Conference, which will occur virtually in Newport Beach from May 5–8, 2024, and WIN wearables and branded merchandise.

Following tradition, WIN stated that the yearly WIN Scholarship Walk, which raises money from sponsors and volunteers on Tuesday, May 7 at 7:00 a.m., is one of the highlights of the on-site conference.

It is not necessary to walk to participate in this programme; instead, virtual participants and friends, family, and coworkers are welcome to support it by planning their community walk or by donating their registration money.

WIN claims that receiving a personalised, fully-stocked toolkit is one of the most significant advantages for scholarship applicants. As students embark on their career path in collision repair, WIN stated that the kits are essential since apprentices in shops or classrooms sometimes have to share basic tools or need more expensive instruments to finish their jobs.

Every scholarship recipient will get tools worth more than $500. We’ve discussed  about full scholarships and what they cover earlier.

Lastly, receiving a personalised, filled tool set is one of the most significant advantages for WIN scholarship holders. When students start their careers in collision repair, these comprehensive kits are essential since apprentices in shops and classrooms sometimes have to share basic tools or need access to the higher-end gear they need to finish their jobs. Every recipient of a scholarship will get tool sets worth over $500.

Deportation Backlogs in Ireland: Legal Hurdles, Delays, and the Human Impact on Migrants

Despite an increase in deportation orders—rising 180% from 857 in 2023 to 2,403 last year—many individuals remain in the country due to complex international arrangements, security concerns, and infrastructure limitations, including the lack of air access to certain home countries.
