General Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolling for a Bachelor’s degree in musical studies.
- Applicants must be vocalists or instrumentalists.
- MI students and students transferred from current AA programs can apply.
- Applicants who won the award in a previous program should not apply.
Scholarship Value
The contenders will be awarded $1,500 as payment towards the program’s first quarter.
Application Instructions
- Applicants must complete the application form with correct details.
- Applicants are to submit a YouTube video that contains at least three diverse songs.
- Applicants should include two ensembles, a live band or duo.
- Applicants should provide pre-recorded play-along tracks format performances.
- Play-along tracks are not allowed for the solo piece.
- Applicants must have studied the bass, guitar, keyboard, drums, or vocals for at least three years.
- Applicants to the Musicians Institute must be proficient in the English Language regardless of nationality.
