Description of scholarship

SBW Berlin Scholarship is open for international students who want to Study in Germany for their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. This scholarship opportunity provides a golden opportunity for international students to study in some of Germany’s top-ranking universities. This scholarship aims to provide financial support to brilliant students who have displayed a high intelligence and ingenuity level. The SBW Berlin scholarship is basically for talented and intelligent students from poor backgrounds. The beneficiaries of this scholarship should be willing to use their talents and skills to drive positive change in their home country. 

The beneficiaries of the SBW Berlin Scholarship will have the honor of studying at Berlin and Potsdam universities. The scholarship is open to students in the fields of science and the arts. Twenty international students will be selected for this scholarship. This scholarship organizers firmly believe that education is a veritable tool for social, economic, and political restructuring. 

The SBW Berlin scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship opportunity covering the student’s tuition fee, living cost, and accommodation. The scholarship will last for a maximum of four years, depending on the program.  

Eligibility requirement for the SBW Berlin scholarship 

Eligible candidates must be international students from developing countries.

Refugees, homeless people, and people from low backgrounds who displayed a high level of ingenuity stand a better chance.

The applicant must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 ( German Grading system).

 The applicant must not have a first bachelor’s degree holder in Germany.

Applicants must be able to display a high level of Intelligence. Students stand the risk of losing the scholarship if they fail up to two times.

Applicants must be ready to participate in Voluntary tasks that will lead to community development—failure to participate in voluntary and nonprofit projects.

Applicants must submit a copy of their degree certificate and academic transcript.

They must present evidence of having a lowly background.

They must apply for admission to the University of Potsdam and the University of Berlin.

They must submit a letter of motivation of not more than two pages.

  • Eligible countries: open to all international students.
  • Age restriction: 18-30 years.
  • Gender restriction: No gender restriction for this scholarship

  • The beneficiaries of the SBW Berlin scholarship will be offered massive financial funding that will cover the following:
  • Full tuition fee
  • Travel allowance
  • Accommodation
  • Monthly allowance

  • Bachelor degree certificate
  • A copy of the academic transcript
  • A letter of motivation
