Lynne Berry CBE has emerged as the preferred candidate for the Judicial Appointments Chair following a comprehensive evaluation process aligned with the Governance Code on Public Appointments and the Judicial Appointments Commission Regulations 2013. The selection is pending a pre-appointment hearing conducted by the Justice Select Committee.
