Description of scholarship
The Utrecht Excellence scholarship is designed for international students with outstanding academic records. Beneficiaries of this scholarship are international students who have been offered admission to the university to pursue a master’s degree. The duration of this scholarship is one to two years, depending on the field.
This scholarship is renewable only if the student is making remarkable academic progress. The beneficiaries of this scholarship must be success-driven and as well strive towards excellence. The Utrecht Excellence Scholarship Fund does the funding for this scholarship. This body was founded by Utrecht university to scholarship provide a world-class education to international students worldwide through the generous donation of the Alumni.

Eligibility Requirement for Utrecht Excellence scholarship
To qualify for the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship, applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
You must be among the top 10% of the best graduating students in your class. You must bring an official document from the university or department you graduated from to ascertain your claim’s validity. A class ranking certificate will be needed to confirm whether you genuinely fall among the top 10% best graduating students in your class.
You must complete your high school and undergraduate outside the Netherlands.
You must have applied to begin your master’s program by September 2021 at the university.
You must be able to meet the Dutch visa policy.
It would be best if you were high, achieving an excellent determination for success.
You must submit a letter of motivation. You should be able to highlight your academic success and your primary motivation for this scholarship program.
You must be offered admission at Utrecht University to qualify for this scholarship.

Value Of Utrecht Excellence scholarship
The value of this scholarship covers the following:
- Full tuition fee
- An allowance of 11,000 EUR to cover the student’s living cost.
