1. Manager – Network Fault Management
The job is full-time and requires candidates to have a BA/BSC/HND degree. The location of the position is in Lagos, Nigeria.
As a Manager – Network Fault Management, you will be responsible for ensuring visibility to all network elements for effective service management, generating management reports for better business decisions, and resolving network outages at the first-line level support to improve network quality and customer satisfaction. You will also provide an enabling environment for proper monitoring of the status and performance of the network elements, identify and oversee the development of new interfaces, tools, and applications, ensure all planned network expansions take place on schedule, and review the performance of individual team members.
The ideal candidate should possess a first degree in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics/Telecommunications or a related field, be fluent in English, and have 6-13 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an area of specialization and experience in supervising/managing others. Experience working in a medium to large organisation and comprehension of telecommunications management network philosophy and practice is also required. Hands-on experience in telecoms, and tele-traffic environments, with at least two (2) years in a team leadership role and customer relations, is also a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with various teams, including product, UAT, and support, to validate new products, systems, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for generating relevant reports, ensuring Quality Assurance, and delivering invoices promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the resolution of all service provisioning and sales support issues and work to minimize customer churn on managed accounts.

5. Representative – Sales and Trade Development (Anambra) position:
This job is located in Anambra, Nigeria and is a full-time position. The required qualifications for this job are a BA/BSC/HND degree and fluency in English. The representative will be responsible for confirming that sub-dealers and dealer branches are contacted, providing informal training in shops on products, services and promotions, providing weekly/monthly sales activity reports, monitoring and reporting back on network quality and other sales impacting indices in the territory covered, identifying, classifying and supporting all players in channels of distribution, and more.
6. Representative for Sales and Trade Development in Delta, Nigeria:
The Representative for Sales and Trade Development will be responsible for making sure that sub-dealers and dealer branches are contacted and that stock receipt and movement are verified. They will also provide informal training to shops on products, services, and promotions and manage events and promos. They will generate reports on sales activity, market intelligence, and network quality and ensure that MTN products are always available in the channel. They will also be responsible for identifying, classifying and supporting all players in the channels of distribution and ensuring that weekly and monthly databases are updated.
7. The Officer for Debt Recovery in Lagos:
Will be responsible for identifying likely-to-be suspended postpaid consumer accounts for recovery purposes. They will conduct post-suspension checks to ensure paid-up accounts are active and escalate irregularities, complete manual claw-back process, and revoke suspension where necessary. They will deploy timely debt collection interventions on Consumer Post-paid Accounts with collectable and bad debt from utilized credit limits to attain divisional/business performance targets. They will negotiate and agree to payment plan terms with customers on aged debt for collections in line with policy. They will also prepare and dispatch Demand Letters to accounts in Bad Debt and Quarantine.
The required qualifications for these positions are a bachelor’s degree, preferably in social sciences. A fluent command of English is also required. In addition, the Representative for Sales and Trade Development position requires 1-3 years of experience in an area of specialization, with experience working with others and sales and marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. At the same time, the Officer for Debt Recovery position requires experience in a similar role.
These positions require a combination of sales, marketing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with others and gather market information to provide feedback to management. This is also a full-time job, and the required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree, a law degree, and a license to practice law in Nigeria.
